Nathan Ulrich – Technical Director

For the last 25 years Nathan has been inventing machines ranging from deep sea robots used for scientific research to consumer products manufactured in the millions. Some of his notable designs are the robotic Penn Hand, the Xootr line of kick scooters, the Voloci electric motorbike and the iDrive power-assist wheelchair. Nathan has won the Business Week Design Award, an IDEA Gold Medal, and a Popular Science Best of What’s New Grand Award, has been issued many US patents, and has written fifteen scientific and technical publications. Glenn Phillips -Team Manager GTP Motorsports

Glenn started out racing motorcycles, and was an Expert in motocross before turning to road racing, winning some east coast championships along the way. He then turned to four-wheel motorsports where he was a mechanic on a Spice/Ferrari and Denali in the GTP Lights series. He became lead mechanic on a successful Indycar team, supporting drivers like Roberto Guerrero, Al Unser, and Jim Crawford. Afterward he set up his own business and ran RAE, which started as a vintage support company with former F1, F5000, and Indy cars and competed at vintage races around the country. After winning the Monoposto vintage series, the team went sports car racing, running an RX7 with IMSA. Ron Bartell – Managing Director

Ron comes to Radon Sport from the largest U.S. manufacturer of high speed web-fed printing equipment. During his thirty year career with this $1B capital equipment manufacturer he held a number of increasingly responsible engineering and management positions, finally finishing as Director of Product Management. In this capacity his job duties included the specification, roll-out, and life cycle management of all new product developments. More...

Previously, Ron attended Northeastern University in Mechanical Engineering and worked for various manufacturing and design companies in the Boston area including subcontract work at Polaroid, Pratt and Whitney, and EG&G.

In addition to his work and educational background, Ron has a forty year career in SCCA Production car racing, with numerous Northeast and Southwest Divisional titles and two National Championships to his driving and car preparation credit.

Ron is applying his organizational, technical, and management skills to assist Radon Sport LLC in the operational aspects of the race car manufacturing business.
